Could a Korg MicroKONTROL be used at a live performance?

this is a spec on it.

I know its primarily used in home recording, but as ive just started a band and was thinking of adding in some synth i thought that this might be good. If not please forward me a good synth for a band!

This keyboard can be used live. Lots of the features seem to be designed specifically for that. However, it does not actually generate any audio, it only outputs MIDI data. You can use it, but you need a second device to convert the MIDI data to audio. This can be a sound module, a computer, or another keyboard.
